Artist membership terms
Updated 7 October 2026. Artist Plus and Artist Pro are optional paid services for artists within New Renaissance. Core platform participation and Purple remain separate.
Your plan and billing
Artist Plus costs US $59 per month. Artist Pro costs US $249 per month. Your subscription renews monthly until canceled. The checkout shows the amount and any applicable taxes before you authorize payment. Payments are processed by Stripe through Interesting Concepts, the platform’s existing merchant. We do not store card numbers.
Artist Plus
Includes a guided starting plan, progress tracking, one professional workshop and one group advisory session each month, rotating group portfolio reviews, reviewed opportunity listings, templates and available session replays. Individual portfolio feedback is not guaranteed every month in the group session. Your action plan is a structured framework generated from your intake, not an individual advisor assessment. Opportunities depend on available relevant listings; a specific number is not promised.
Artist Pro
Includes Artist Plus, one 45-minute private advising session and one written portfolio or proposal review per paid billing month, and one career plan review per calendar quarter. A review covers up to 10 works or a proposal of up to five pages. Submit a request within the paid period. Unused benefits do not accumulate; requests made while entitled remain in the delivery queue after cancellation. We respond to requests within five business days and agree private session times with you. Live sessions are delivered by New Renaissance or invited contributors; membership does not guarantee a specific advisor.
Cancellation and changes
Use Manage membership to cancel future renewals, update your payment method or access invoices. Cancel before your next billing date. You retain access until the paid period ends unless a refund, dispute, account suspension or other payment issue requires a pause. Contact the membership team for plan changes at your next renewal; no change or additional charge is made without your agreement. Contact us to request a refund for unavailable benefits or a billing error. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
Scheduling and privacy
Session times appear in your local timezone. Calendar downloads help you set reminders. Give at least 24 hours’ notice to request a private-session reschedule. Tell the host before sharing confidential work during a group session. Recorded sessions will be identified before recording; do not share other members’ material without permission. Personal intake, progress and private requests are visible to you and authorized staff. Published resource and session links are for members’ personal use.
What membership can and cannot provide
We offer practical guidance and professional support. Sales, income, exhibitions, representation, press and introductions are not guaranteed. You decide which advice to use and review all drafts before sending them. We do not send outreach in your name. Artwork sales and any commissions require separate agreed terms.
