Our agreement
Terms of Use.
Effective 30 September 2026 · Version 2026-09-30. These terms govern the New Renaissance cultural network at newrenaissance.global, operated by NEW RENAISSANCE Art Advisory LLC, a Delaware limited liability company in the United States (“New Renaissance”, “we”, “us”). Contact info@newrenaissanceartadvisory.com. Business correspondence: 2810 N Church St 910112, Wilmington, DE 19802, United States. By accepting these terms, you agree to them and the Community Guidelines. Our Privacy Notice explains how we use information.
1. Adults only
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. This also applies to a person representing an institution. Under-18s must not register or use a member account, even with parental permission. Provide your own accurate age and account information; do not evade eligibility checks, share an account with a child or return after suspension without permission. We can restrict an account while reviewing eligibility and remove accounts that do not qualify.
2. Your account
Use an identity you are entitled to represent. Institutional representatives must have authority to act for that institution. Protect your password and recovery credentials, and promptly report suspected misuse. Community membership does not grant access to the advisory’s internal systems. You are responsible for your activity, subject to rights and protections that applicable law gives you.
3. Your work stays yours
You retain ownership of your contributions. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format and display them to provide, secure and moderate the network according to the audience you choose. We may use service providers for these purposes. This is not a transfer of ownership or a general license to sell your work. The license ends when your content is removed from our active service, except for reasonable backup, legal and safety retention and copies or shares you previously enabled. You must have the rights and permissions needed for your uploads, including images, video, music and likenesses.
4. Responsible participation
No harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, scams, impersonation, unlawful content or disclosure of another person’s private information. Do not infringe intellectual property, abuse reporting, evade blocks, scrape personal information, bypass access controls or interfere with the service. Our Guidelines apply to profiles, posts, videos, comments, messages and shared collections.
5. Purple and paid features
Purple is a platform credit for the uses and costs shown before an action. It is not currency, a deposit, an investment or a promise of income; it has no cash redemption value. Earned rewards depend on eligibility and can be corrected where awarded in error or obtained through abuse. Featuring your own eligible artwork on your profile is free. Opening a new conversation costs 10 Purple once; replies and subsequent messages in that conversation are free. Any purchase must show its price and applicable purchase terms before you pay. These terms do not remove mandatory cancellation or refund rights. We may change future rewards or uses with notice when material.
6. Connections, advice and outside services
Members are responsible for their statements and commitments. A profile or verification marker is not an endorsement, valuation or guarantee. Independently check rights, identity and commercial terms. Posts do not themselves complete an artwork purchase or donation. Membership does not create an advisory engagement. AI-assisted material may be inaccurate; review it before use. External websites and agreements have their own terms.
7. Reporting, enforcement and appeals
Report a concern or request removal, with or without an account. Authorized moderators may investigate reports, review specifically reported messages, warn members, restrict messaging, hide or remove content, or suspend accounts. Serious safety issues may require immediate action. Where appropriate we explain the decision and offer an appeal through the reporting contact; we may limit detail to protect people or an investigation. Repeated infringement or serious abuse can result in termination.
8. Ending your account and service changes
You can delete your account in Settings after confirming your password, or contact us if you cannot access it. Features can change or be interrupted. Keep independent copies of important work. We may discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical, subject to applicable law. Material terms changes will be identified by a new version and, where appropriate, require renewed acceptance; changes will not retroactively remove rights already accrued.
9. Availability and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we provide the service as available, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, error-free content or any particular outcome. We do not control every member’s conduct. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the network. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights, fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited. These terms do not prevent you from contacting regulators or pursuing available legal remedies.
