Games terms & privacy

Updated 30 September 2026. These terms apply to the games store and member Play area at newrenaissance.global.

Playing and purchasing

Masterpiece Match, Art Timeline, Palette Lab, Masterpiece Puzzle and Art Detective are free. New Renaissance: The Game is a one-time USD $9.99 purchase for personal browser access through your games account. It is sold through Interesting Concepts and payment is processed by Stripe. Members can also redeem 1,000 Purple for access through their New Renaissance member account, under the Purple terms. No separate games account or card payment is needed for that redemption. There is no recurring subscription. Your final amount is displayed at checkout. An internet connection and a modern browser are required; a desktop is recommended for the simulation.

Your library and campaigns

Paid access is attached to the games account used to start checkout. Sign in to that account to play on another device. The simulation supports solo cloud campaigns and two-player tables; each player needs their own purchased or Purple-redeemed access. Purple access stays with the redeeming member account. Member reward campaigns and existing games-account campaigns remain separate. A purchase does not transfer ownership of game code or artwork. Characters, artworks, markets and money inside the simulation are fictional and have no cash value.

Help with a purchase

If payment completed but access is missing, do not purchase again. Contact info@newrenaissanceartadvisory.com with your account email and payment receipt. Contact the same address for refund requests or an access problem. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected. A refunded or disputed payment may disable access.

Account information and privacy

We store your name, email, a password hash, a hashed recovery key, session records, purchase references and game saves to run your account and restore your library. Stripe handles payment details; this site does not receive or store your card number. Cash-purchase games accounts are separate from New Renaissance member accounts and do not create a public profile. For Purple rewards, we store the member account ID, redemption receipt, cost and date to provide game access; the existing member account remains the sign-in method.

Necessary cookies keep you signed in and allow the paid game to verify access. Free-game scores and game preferences are stored on your current browser. The game runs on the New Renaissance game service and receives your player ID and display name to associate your campaigns. In a shared table, the other player can see your display name and game activity.

Recovery and requests

Purple reward members use the normal member account recovery process. For a separate games account, keep the recovery key shown when you create your account. It is needed to reset your password; no password-reset email is sent. Contact info@newrenaissanceartadvisory.com to request help, account deletion or access to your data. Purchase records may be retained where needed for accounting or disputes.

Fair play

Do not share login credentials, attempt to bypass paid access, disrupt other players or use the service unlawfully. Game availability and features may change as the service develops.
